Sivagnanasundaram Jeyavarman is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka with over forty years of experience at senior management level. He functions as Consultant for Integrated Corporate Advisory (Pvt) Limited – ICA and Director of E- BPO Services (Pvt) Limited. Both are affiliated entities.
His experience spans in financial services particularly in money broking, primary dealership, unit trust, portfolio management, capital markets and investment banking and consultancy services in the area of foreign exchange management, financial management for projects in health sector etc.
Jeyavarman has attended many training programs in unit trust management in Sri Lanka and overseas, training in the health particularly financial aspects of malaria elimination project both in Sri Lanka and overseas. He has been associated with many organizations in the finance and health related organizations as CEO and director namely National Asset management Ltd (subsidiary of DFCC Bank), Orient Wealth Ltd (Group company of Janashakthi Insurance), Tropical & Environmental Disease and Health Associates (Pvt) Ltd (health and environments related services)
He currently serves as a director of K Seeds Investments (Pvt) Ltd and a member of the Advisory Board of Atarah Capital Partners (Pvt) Ltd, Member of Rating Committee of Lanka Rating Agency, Member of Finance and Admin Committee of Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and Forum Member of Organisation of Professional Association of Sri Lanka.
Jeyavarman is also the Director of the Mahajana College Foundation for Educational Development (A Guarantee Company) to support the education and well-being of students of Mahajana College, Jaffna where he manages many types of scholarships. He also serves on the board of the Institute of Regional Development and Governance, a not for profit entity to support to uplift the deserving people in North & Eastern Provinces.
Murali is an experienced professional in providing comprehensive accounting and outsourcing services in many countries and in Sri Lanka. He is the Director of the Integrated Corporate Advisory (Pvt) Limited (ICA) and supports many clients in overseas and in Sri Lanka.
Murali is a Passed Finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Master of Business Administration from University of Wales with twenty years of extensive experience in Finance IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) in private and NGO sector exposure. Currently he is Director of ICA and Vice President of E-BPO Services (Pvt) Limited. He is an expert in managing the clients from various sectors such as medical, real estate and hospitality in Australia, USA, UK and Sri Lanka.
He has been involved in setting up in two BPO back offices in Colombo for Certified Public Accountants firms in USA and responsible for implementing and managing significant strategic initiatives, designing and implementing financial and corporate ICT systems in both firms. Murali is Insightful and positive thinking financial professional delivering quality Accounting, Tax and Financial Services.
